Professional mobile notary services
dual commissioned in KS & MO
You bring the documents. I’ll handle the rest.
Let’s get your documents taken care of.
I am a notary public serving the whole Kansas City Metro area. I’m dual commissioned — serving in both Kansas and Missouri.
I make it simple: show up on time, handle your documents properly, and make sure everything is completed with confidence.
Not sure what to expect? You’re in the right place. We’ll walk through the process together.
Step One:
Request a notary appointment.
Click the “Request a Notary” appointment button and fill out the form with the details needed for your appointment. Once submitted I’ll review the information and follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
Step Two:
Bring your documents and a valid ID.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, please bring your documents and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.
Some documents are signed with me during the appointment, while others are assigned ahead of time and brought with you. I’ll review your document type and let you know what’s needed.
Step Three:
Signed, stamped, and you’re on your way!
I’ll verify your identification, confirm everything matches up, and complete the notarization — including applying my stamp.
Once everything is finished, you’ll be on your way with your documents in hand. Payment is collected at the end of service.
From one side of Stateline to the other, I’ll meet you where you are. No corner of the Kansas City Metro is out of reach.
Depending on your
document, the
notarization process
may look a little
different.
The type of service you need
depends on the document you’re
signing.
.
Here’s a breakdown of the Notary
services I offer and when you might
need each one.
.
Some documents need a simple
notarization others require more
involved steps along with
the signings.
-
General Notary Work (GNW)
General notary work covers the most common documents that require a verified signature and official notarization. If your paperwork needs identity verification and a notary stamp, it likely falls here.
This includes everyday personal and business documents such as powers of attorney, affidavits, acknowledgements, jurats, trusts, contracts, and similar forms. -
Loan Signing & Real Estate Documents
This service is for real estate transactions that involve a full loan package rather than a single document. If you’re buying or selling a home, refinancing, or signing paperwork for a home equity loan or HELOC, this is likely the service you need.
-
Specialty & Supplementary Notary Services
Some situations require more than a standard notarization — and some don’t require one at all. These services are designed for documents and appointments that involve additional verification, coordination, or documentation, such as estate planning signings, employment verification, field inspections, and apostille assistance.
Nice things people have said.
